Mary founded RoyalGen after years of witnessing how many young people quietly struggle — with anxiety, pressure, identity, and the weight of expectations — often without anyone really listening.
Her vision was simple but bold: a practice built entirely around young people. Not a clinic that happens to see teens, but a warm, modern space designed for how young people actually think, feel, and grow — where families are partners, not bystanders.
Today, Mary leads RoyalGen with the same conviction she started with: that with the right support, every young person can build resilience, confidence, and lasting emotional wellbeing.
